Karwar: Six people who were being treated for the coronavirus infection at the district Karwar Institute of Medical Sciences have recovered completely and were discharged on Saturday, June 20.
A 24-year-old woman from Karwar, 14-year-old from Haliyala, two youths aged 24 and 34 from Dandeli, a 25-year-old youth from Haliyala and a 56-year-old man from Kumta are the people who were discharged today.
Currently, there are 31 active COVID-19 cases in the district and all are responding to the treatment, informed KIMS Medical Director Dr Gajanana Naik.
