Mangaluru: On Friday November 26, Yenepoya Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital in collaboration with Dakshina Kannada District AYUSH Department held a press meet announcing that through their join initiative ‘Srishti Homoeopathic Fertility Care,’ they were able to gift a family with a baby. The couple, Anwar and Sabiya was blessed with a baby boy on October 12, 2021.
“As of today, starting from September 2019, we have registered around 47 cases. Due to pandemic, almost about two years, the continuity of patients we had was very less. Out of the 47, only 15 systematically continued the protocol of the treatment. Out of which 4 cases came positive. We have already delivered two babies, one in October and the second a year back. We wanted to give out the message to the public and even the poor can take benefit as the treatment is very simple. They can either take the treatment at our hospital or Wenlock Composite Ayush Hospital,” said Dr. Vivekanand Vernekar, Dean, Yenepoya Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital.
‘Srishti Homoeopathic Fertility Care, first of its kind in Karnataka was launched on November 2019, and has been providing treatment for infertility.
The expert team include Dr. Vivekanand Vernekar, Dean as Project Director, Dr. Kiran Kammar, Head of the Deaprtment, Gynaecology and Obstericts, Dr. Rizwan and Dr. Ashna Suresh, Assistant Professor. People can avail the services from Monday to Saturday.
