Puttur: It is witnessed that the Sahasralingeshwara – Mahakali bathing bay in Uppinangady here has been almost inundated with water with only six steps visible out of total 38 steps.
The water level was guaged based on Shamboor Dam which showed 29 metres, while the danger level is 30 metres.
Puttur Tahasildar visited Uppinangady and inspected the working capacity of rubber boat sitting on the boat accompanied Home Guards personnel.
