Another successful family reunion at Snehalaya

On the 10th of October 2019, a young woman named Sridevi was brought to Snehalaya Old age Home by the Kumbla Police station, who was mentally ill found in Kasaragod district. in a lost and defeated condition.

At Snehalaya, under the direction of Joseph Crasta, Sridevi changed her persona, responding well to care and medical treatment. She was provided with basic needs, care, counselling & timely food. She started to take part in sports, yoga, and daily activities and received training in tailoring.

Sridevi hailed from Kudloor VC Chavadi, Tamil Nadu. Upon hearing that she is here, the family rushed to embrace the lady back into their family. They hugged her and showered her tears and silent words.

They spoke of the anguish they had suffered about this missing daughter and now they were overjoyed to find her alive and cured.

The Family thanked Snehalaya and its team. Sridevi is successfully reunited with her family after one and a half years.
