Mangaluru: Halady Srinivas Shetty has been tested positive for Covid 19 on Friday, April 23.
Shetty is the MLA of the Kundapur constituency in the Karnataka Assembly.
He was found to be Covid positive when he went to the hospital to get a Covid test after he suffered from some of the Coronavirus symptoms.
Sources informed he has been admitted to a private hospital in Udupi for treatment.
MLA Shetty is the latest politician on the list to test positive for Covid in the recent past.
