He aims to visit all the 30 districts of the state as part of his ‘All Karnataka Voting Awareness Campaign’ mission. To spread his message, Basavaraj visits government colleges and schools, villages and cities.

He says that he wants to create awareness about the importance of voting and he wants to inspire the people to exercise their right to vote.

During his journey, Basavaraj says that many have asked him if he has lost his mind or if he is delusional and thinks that he can change society.

“I resigned from my job where I was earning Rs 40,000 per month, to go on this campaign,” he said, adding that he is not under the illusion that he can change society, but hopes that his mission is the first step in that direction.
