Mangaluru: The Mangalore Catholic Co-operative Bank Ltd (MCC BANK) organised a Christmas celebration at Snehalaya, Manjeshwar on Sunday, December 6.
The programme began with a prayer led by MCC Bank Director Dr. Freeda Dsouza.
President Anil Lobo presided over the programme. In his presidential address Anil Lobo expressed his happiness to be with Snehalaya inmates along with MCC Bank management & staff during this Christmas season. He appreciated the dedication level and way Joseph Crasta led this trust despite of all the difficulties he faced. He opined that a person will be successful if he has good intention, will power to serve and do good to the needy. He also called upon the staff of MCC Bank to give good service to the customer and gain blessings from almighty.
Joseph Crasta, trustee of Snehalaya was felicitated by the bank for his enduring, tireless, and selfless service to the society. MaanPatr was read by General Manager Sunil Menezes. In response to the felicitation, Joseph Crasta thanked the management and staff of MCC Bank. He dedicated this felicitation to the staff working in Snehalaya. He also remembered the timely support given by Anil Lobo Chairman of MCC Bank in the past to Snehalaya. He wished a happy and prosperous Christmas to all.
The Christmas celebration began with a thanksgiving mass by Rev Fr Felix Noronha.
MCC Bank Directors Roshan Dsouza, Elroy Kiran Crasto, Professional Director C G Pinto, Dy General Manager Raj Menezes and MCC Bank staff were present.
Director David D’Souza welcomed the gathering; General Manager Sunil Menezes delivered the vote of thanks. Credit Manager Deril Lasrado compered the programme.
