Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada deputy commissioner Dr. Rajendra KV has issued revised order for the weekend curfew in a press release on Thursday May 13.
In a press release, the district administration stated that there would not be complete lockdown in the district during the weekends. The purchase of essential items will be allowed in the district from 6 am to 9 am on Saturdays and Sundays as well.
The revised order also banned chewing tobacco, pan masala, jarda, and khaini, etc and spitting it in public places.
