Bantwal : The Bantwal and the Panemangalore Block Congress workers took out a protest march upto the Bantwal town police station on March 21, Friday. The police prevented the protestors near the gates of the station.

They later submitted a memorandum to the District Superintendent of Police Dr Sharanappa  requesting him to immediately arrest RSS leader Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat and initiate legal action against him for making communally provocative speeches.
