Yash and Radhika Pandit’s much hyped film “Santhu Straight Forward” is making big bucks before release. The audio rights of the rom-com, which is said to be releasing on October 28, has been sold for Rs 1.08 crores.
The film has been produced by K Manju. Mahesh Rao has directed the film. Lahari Music has acquired the audio rights and V Harikrishna has composed the music.
The last time Yash-Radhika-Harikrishna had collaborated, they had created a record in the Kannada music industry. Their “Mr & Mrs Ramachari” had 15,000 audio CD’s sold which is a rarity in today’s period of digitalisation. The film’s album also had a record number of downloads.
All these is said to be the reason for such amount being paid for the film. “Santhu Straight Forward” is making all right noises. This will be the last film before marriage for love birds, Yash and Radhika Pandit, who are all set to enter wedlock.
The film is scheduled to release on October 28. Many box office records are expected to be broken upon release. Let us wait and see, if we get another Ramachari this Deepawali.
