Mangaluru: JCI Mangalore Lalbagh Chapter organised “Sursangam” – Antakshari competition (open to all contest) which held at Sahyadri College Auditorium, Adyar from 4.00 pm onwards as part of the Day – 1 event of the Jaycee Week.
The event was inaugurated by PPF Sukumar Yermal, Director JCI India Foundation by lighting the lamp. In his speech he stated the importance of Jaycee Week and told that the weeklong programme is to give awareness on the activities of JCI. He motivated the participants to participate in all the upcoming events. JC Manmohana Balladka, Zone Vice President was the Guest of Honour. Manmohana Balladka praised the dynamic leadership of LOM. There were 10 teams for the Antakshari event out of which 3 teams came out as winners.
JC Peter Pinto, Charter President welcomed the guests. JCI President Soujanya Hegde gave away the mementos as the token of gratitude. JC Deenath D’Sa, Secretary JCI Mangalore Lalbagh proposed the Vote of thanks. JC Narasimha Bhat, Past President of Mangalore Lalbagh was present on the dais. Project Director JC Atheek K Shetty and JC Pranesh Rao were the project directors of the programme.
