Chikkamagaluru: The Dalit outfits called protest objecting to the disfiguring of a picture of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar at Hanumanthappa Circle here in the City on Friday September 23.
On account of Paurakarmikara Day the banner was set up here. But some miscreats made footwear marks on Dr. B. R. Ambedkar image of that banner. The protestors demanded for immediate action over those miscreants.
Tight police security was provided as a precautionary measure.
