Mumbai: North Mumbai BJP Vice-President Yermal Harish Shetty had recently visited the Karnataka Polytechnic (KPT) in Mangaluru and enquired about the non-availability of some equipment, need for building renovation and non-availability of other Government facilities.
Yermal Harish Shetty met KPT Principal Harish Shetty (BE) and took note of the grievances and later met BJP Karnataka State President Nalin Kumar Kateel and apprised him of the situation. Mangaluru MP Kateel, who was quick to respond on facilities needed for KPT drew the attention of the Centre and the Karnataka State Government and released the funds immediately.
Principal Harish congratulated Yermal Harish for his efforts and said that the dream of development of KPT has been fulfilled. Karunakar Shetty Mala and others were part of the delegation.
