Bidar: A woman was allegedly raped in the taluk by a youth on April 9, but it only came to light on Friday. The mother of three was reportedly assaulted and raped by a youth while she was relieving herself on the outskirts of her village.
She was immediately shifted to Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences (BRIMS) for treatment, while the accused remains at large. Janawada police have registered a case, and investigation is going on.
Constable Dies of Heart Attack
A constable attached to Veerajpet DySP office died of a heart attack. Anand Dollin, 42, was the deceased. According to sources, Anand suffered a heart attack while he was in his quarters and passed away.
