Looking to expand its foothold in the market, Fortis Healthcare opened a new multi-speciality branch at Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. The newly-inaugurated 80 bedded hospital will provide a range of services including 24/7 emergency and trauma care; ICU and critical care; Fortis heart and vascular centre; Fortis cancer institute and Woman and Childcare. The west Bengaluru located hospital will have 100 clinicians and is already planning to expand from 80 to 100 beds for accommodating the growing patient base. Additionally the complex will also act as the campus for the Institute of Gastrointestinal Sciences (IGS).
