Mangaluru: Renowned entrepreneur Annappa Pai (74) passed away on Wednesday June 29 in Bengaluru.
He was serving as the President of the Canara High School Association. He had served as the President of the District Small Industries Association, and the Rotary Club.
Pai played a key role in the success of Modern Kitchen and Presto food product brands. He was also a partner at M/s Raghavendra Ranga Pai. (R. R. Pai), Managing Director of Ace Foods Pvt. Ltd. (Modern Kitchens).
He is survived by his wife and two sons.
According to family sources, the mortal remains will be brought to Mannagudda, Mangaluru on Thursday afternoon and kept at his residence.
