Bengaluru: Former IAS Officer K Shivaram joined BJP in the presence of Union Minister of Home Affairs Rajnath Singh, BS Yeddyurappa, Union Ministers DV Sadananda Gowda, Ananth Kumar and other BJP leaders during the BJP public meeting at National College Ground, Basavanagudi, in Bengaluru on Friday.
