Bengaluru: Bengaluru District Congress Committe has submitted memorandum to City Police Commissioner on Friday April 8 demanding legal action against Home Minister Araga Jnanendra and BJP National Secretary C. T. Ravi. The memorandum is submitted in the wake of provocative statement made by the dup which has the potential to disturb communal harmony.
