Bengaluru: The agreement was signed between the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS) and the State Government in the presence of Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Tuesday November 15. Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) I. S. N. Prasad, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister N. Manjunath Prasad, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms Secretary Srivatsa Krishna, CGIS’ Ashrita Jagdale, Karthik Muralidharan, Vijay Pingale and Ankit were present.
