
MSW student loses life in bike-truck collision in Mangaluru

A fatal accident claimed the life of Pravith Kumar, an MSW student from Government First-Grade College, Vittal, on Tuesday evening at Arkula, within the jurisdiction of the Mangaluru South traffic police station.
The mishap occurred as Kumar was riding his bike from the Farangipete side. A truck collided with his vehicle, causing severe head injuries. Despite efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
The tragic incident has brought renewed focus to the growing number of road accidents and the need for improved traffic safety measures. Investigations are underway.
