Bengaluru: In a rather controversial remark, former union minister Veerappa M Moily has held responsible for the Delhi riots.
Addressing the reports in Mysuru, Moily trained guns at the centre and said that Home Minister Amit Shah seems to have orchestrated and led the riots that burnt down Delhi.
He added that the silence of Delhi Chief Minister even as the national capital was burning was ironical.
He further said that the economic growth of the country is being hampered due to growing intolerance.
“If there is intolernce in a society, there will be violence and no investor would like to invest in a society that is torn apart,” he said.
