Mangaluru: The tenth episode of Amazing People second season was premiered on Sunday October 16 at 10.30 am IST.

Suraj Shetty sharing his opinion on fitness expressed, “The process in which you find balance between your strength, speed, cardio and your mobility is fitness for me.”
There is no ‘one thing fits all’ rule in fitness. I can tell you very good chart on ‘what to do’ but if it doesn’t excite you that will not last long. And so, to keep one self fit, walk, dance anything which gives happiness will suffice.
Speaking on the weight loss exercises and the input by trainees Suraj Shetty opined, “You come to the gym, you work out and you lose your weight that is the byproduct. One has to be kind to oneself and should perform exercise in a way that is fun or through competition,” he expressed.
Cardio muscular activity is not the only exercise for weight loss. It indeed is a best one but not the only one. Any exercise will help an individual in losing weight, he opined.
