First ISC science exhibition ‘Ignited Minds’ inaugurated

Abu Dhabi: The 1st ISC science exhibition “Ignited Minds”, in commemoration of birth anniversary of Late Dr. Abdul Kalam  was officially opened by ISC President Ramesh Panikar in presences of General Secretary M.A. Salam, Vice President Dr. Rajah Balakrishna & other committee Members.

Godfrey Antony welcomed the children and the gathering. Ramesh Panikar advised the children to continue their creativity and promised to encourage them with a bigger exhibition this year while M.A. Salam encouraged the children to follow the footsteps of Dr. Kalam.

Around 25 students from different schools participated in this unique science exhibition to showcase their talents.

Joe Kuncheria Panjikaran won 1st prize for the theme ‘Air Purification’, Aniketh Srinivasa Kini for ‘Wind energy’ won 2nd prize and 3rd prize was bagged by Arpandeep Khatua for ‘Cancer Cure’ theme. Consolation prizes were won by Anupam Krishna for ‘Wiki’ and Afreen Nizam for ‘Eco Friendly Village’ theme.
