Abu Dhabi: India Social & Cultural Centre is conducting 5th “ISC- Arab Udupi UAE Open Throw ball Championship” at ISC premises, Abu Dhabi on October 28 from 9 AM onwards.
The India Social & Cultural Centre has been in existence in Abu Dhabi since 1967 and is the biggest Indian Community Centre in the U.A.E with State-of-The-Art facilities well equipped to cater to the Sports, Socio / Cultural needs of over 8000 family members. Today it stands as an iconic symbol of the pride and prestige of the whole Indian Community in the entire UAE.
All the top reputed throw ball teams from all over U.A.E are expected to take part in the club’s championship. The Championship will be organized in a professional manner, in which the technical officials will officiate the tournament in which the matches will be played on ‘League-Cum-Knock out Basis’. The tournament will be conducted outdoor for both Gents & Ladies Category. Each team shall consist of nine players and maximum 3 substitutes. Tournament is open only to Indian Residents in UAE.
Awards for the Championship are as follows:
UAE Open Indoor Throw ball Championship’ —Trophy and Cash Prize shall be awarded to the winning team. Also special individual awards will be presented to Best Smasher, and Best Defender, Best All-Rounder of the Championship.
Breakfast & Lunch will be provided to the Team players.
The copy of rules & regulations, entry forms, and further details regarding the championship will be notified later. Last date for confirming your entries will be 20th October 2016. The entry fee for each team will be AED. 300/- (AED Three Hundred only)
