Doha-Qatar: Mangalore Cricket Club (MCC) is proud to organize a “Career Guidance Workshop” a career guidance program for students and their parents who are studying in 8th to 12th Std. on Friday, October 21 at 4.00 pm at the Doha Downtown Hotel, Al Sadd.
This educational career guidance program will be presented by a renowned educationist from Manguluru Dr. Norbert Lobo, PhD, MPhil and MA in Economics, Masters in Human Resource Management, Associate Professor and Head, Dept of Economics, St. Aloysius College, (Autonomous), Mangaluru.
Dr. Norbert Lobo has conducted over 600 programs on career guidance for students and parents at different educational institutions in Karnataka and also in Muscat, Oman. He has been invited to conduct this program also in Kuwait. He has also written and published 69 articles on career guidance, given 22 radio programs on career guidance (in Kannada, Konkani & English), served as a Career Counselor for Phone-in– program in Radio & Local Cable TV networks.
This special workshop is organized keeping in mind our students and their parents who have a tough time in guiding their wards in selecting their career and also to enlighten the students of different career opportunities available in current times and with a clear understanding and efforts to show a right path to the children, right channels to be utilized, what type of education gives larger benefits, what are the scope of particular education and so on.
It is a wonderful platform arranged for our children to decide on strategic goals for their future.
