Dubai: Valerian Dalmaida, successfully completed the requirements of service capability and performance (SCP) certified support manager program. Moreover, he is listed among the, 2100 other certified support managers worldwide on SCP career certification website.
Valerian Dalmaida was born at Kulai, Mangalore to John D’ Almeida and Stephania D’ Almeida, 6th among their 8 children. He is as a qualified Chartered Accountant with degrees such as Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Article Training at SB Billimoria and company, Certified Service Manager from Service Strategies at California in USA and Bare Foot Counsellor, Apostolic Vicariate of Arabia, Abu Dhabi.
He came in the world of software more than a decade ago. He owned a company named Valerian Dalmaida and Co., Chartered Accountants at Mangalore in the past. The company had set up a software development centre at Bangalore and branches in five cities of Karnataka.
Valerian has worked for, Al Ain Holding LLC, Abu Dhabi as a Financial Controller, Al Reef Group LLC, Abu Dhabi as a Financial Controller and at HLB International- Jivanjee and Company, Abu Dhabi as a Senior Auditor and Manager.
Valerian is currently working, as a Group Head of Support Services at Al Ain Holding LLC and has also been very successful in his ventures in Saudi.CSM have created a group in one of the leading professional social networking sites. And, while connecting through these social networking sites one can search for other CSMs who have joined the group.
Over 1800 technical support managers have achieved the CSM designation globally.
