Bengaluru: Ashwini, wife of lyricist K Kalyan withdrew her divorce application from the Belagavi family court.
It can be recalled that earlier, the Belagavi police had arrested a black magician named Shivananda Vali for cheating Kalyan’s family by transferring their entire property and cash. Vali had forced Ashwini to give divorce to Kalyan.
She informed that she will meet Kalyan soon and resolve all the issues.
“Vali had created such a scenario that we weren’t able to take any decision independently. A housemaid cheated us. We will resolve all the matters,” she said.
She also thanked the Belagavi police for helping her in the hour of crisis.
