Shivamogga: Condemning the shooting at the Jamia Millia Islamia University and Shaheen Bhag in Delhi, representatives from the Peace Organization Women Wing has submitted a memorandum to the district administration urging that stringent action be taken against the shooters.
The organization has blamed the Delhi Police for being irresponsible and not taking any action against the miscreants. They said that the police had failed to protect the protesters at both the venues and that the Centre and the Delhi Government were also responsible.
They said, “Some of the BJP leaders, while campaigning for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections, are making provocative speeches and are encouraging their party workers and close aides to indulge in such heinous acts. We urge the Centre to take stringent action against such miscreants and also the BJP leaders who are making provocative statements.”
