Tom & Jerry brings to mind the image of the world-famous cartoon series. Tom & Jerry is a depiction of cute fights and loves. With the same name this new film, Tom & Jerry is all ready to rock the theatre from tomorrow. The film is directed by Raghav Vinay Shivagange. It is revealed that the film is a love story. The hint is that this is the story of a cute couple who keep on fighting. But, the story doesn’t seem so simple as it contains the harsh realities of life.
Nischith Korodi of Gantumoote fame and Chaitra Rao of Jodi Hakki fame are the two leading actors in Tom & Jerry. Nischith plays the character of a middle-class guy who knows the difficulties of becoming a rich man but will not step back because he is from the middle class. Chaitra plays the contrast. She is a girl from a wealthy family who wants to keep that aside and lead a life. For the leader of the middle class, a dream of wealth.
If these two different characters meet, and fall in love, what exactly will happen is the crux of the story. There also is a flashback to this love affair, in the film. Overall this is a new kind of movie that caters to all audiences.
“Haayagide Yedeyolage, Jallendide ee Galige” is a song from the film Tom & Jerry that has been making rounds in the Kannada film industry. For the fact that the song has over one million views, it can be understood that cinema lovers have liked the song. Mathews Manu has composed music for the film. The rest of the songs are equally stunning.
Nischith Korodi debuted with the film Gantumoote. Originally from Teerthahalli, Nischith played a schoolboy in his previous film and now in Tom & Jerry, he has had a body transformation. He is playing the lead along with Chaitra Rao. After the trailer was released, the audience has liked the pair. Chaitra’s hairstyle is an addon to her character in the film.
Cinematography is done by Sanketh MYS, Edited by Suraj Angolekar. Fights have been choreographed by Arjun Raj, Music is scored by Mathews Manu and dance choreography is done by Raj Kishore.
The film stars Jai Jagadish, Tara Anuradha, Surya Shekhar, Kote Prabhakar, Kaddipudi Chandru, Padmaja Rao, Rockline Sudhakar, Prakash Tumminadu, Maitri Jaggi, Prashant amongst others. The most expected movie will be released tomorrow.
