Bengaluru: Pranam Devaraj, who made his acting debut with Kumari 21F, is back after 4 years with the Kannada – Telugu bilingual film “Vaira”.
The film is directed by Sai Sivan Jampana. The teaser of the film was recently released in the presence of family and friends of the cast members.
Pranam, who appeared in his first film as a chocolate boy, will be playing a fierce young man in the new film.
Speaking at the teaser launch event, Devaraj said that he is happy that his second son is coming back at a time when the industry is booming.
Pranam Devaraj said that he grew up watching his father and elder brother Prajwal’s movies since childhood. “This is my first attempt as an action hero. Sivan and are happy with the way the film has turned out. I am happy to have shared the screen with artistes like Gaudaram of KGF fame, Shankar Aswath and Veena Sundar. Monal’s first film in Kannada is “Vaira”.
Cinematography of the film is by Gopinath and music is composed by Mahati Swara Sagar. The film is currently in post production stage and the makers will announce the release date soon.
