Looks like the success run of “College Kumara” has inspired many film makers. We had already reported that Tamil and Malayalam film makers had shown interest in remaking the film. And now, it has been revealed that Bollywood director Sathish Kaushik has watched the film.
Producer L Padmanabh met the director over last week where a screening was arranged for a few filmmakers from Bollywood. Satish, who has directed some remakes in the past, liked the film and wants to direct a Hindi version.
“College Kumara” completed 50 days at the box office this week. The film, starring Ravi Shankar, Shruti, Vikky and Samyuktha, won the audience’s appreciation for its unique script, and of the role reversal where the father goes to college and the son takes responsibility of the house.
