Karunada Chakravarthy Shiva Rajkumar will be seen in a movie titled “Kavacha”, which is a remake of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s crime thriller “Oppam.” Iti Acharaya is the latest addition to the list of stars in “Kavacha.” The film already has a huge star cast with Vasishta Simha playing the main antagonist and Isha Koppikar playing the role of a cop.
Iti Acharya is very popular for her movies in Malayalam and has a huge fan following in Kerala. Acharya is from Rajasthan and has already acted in some Kannada films like “Dhwani” and she also bagged a role in “Kontract” starring Arjun Sarja, Radhika Kumarswamy and J D Chakravarthy.
“Kavacha” has gone on the floors in Bengaluru in November and the filmmakers have released the first look poster of the film. The film is being directed by debutant director GVR Vasu. The child artiste Meenakshi, who played the lead role in the original Malayalam film, has been roped in to play the same role in “Kavacha.”
