Huccha Venkat, who calls himself “Firing Star”, was invited by the Bigg Boss House for a day, only to have been thrown out of the house in 20 minutes.
Venkat physically assaulted contestant Pratham. The latter was rescued by the bouncer, who kicked Venkat out of the fight and the house.
To those who watched the last season, this was a repeat, when Venkat was kicked out for misbehaving. Despite his past, many wondered why Venkat was invited.
Sudeep too was quite upset with the whole episode. The actor even threatened not to host the show. Huccha Venkat apologised and later only Sudeep agreed to host the show last Saturday. Pratham also did not make a big deal of the matter and accepted Huccha Venkat’s apologies.
Now the question is who is responsible for this incident. Everyone is blaming Huccha Venkat for this. Surely he is responsible for this. But blaming him only does not make sense.
I feel the biggest culprit is the channel. When they knew that something like this happened last time, how can they allow him again inside? Just for sake of TRP’s. Channel is primarily responsible for this incident. What if Pratham was hurt in a critical way? How would the channel answer it? A contestant in Bigg Boss house is responsiblity of the channel. They have left everything and are in the show. If the channel cannot give security, what is the use?
Huccha Venkat should be banned from coming to the show. The “Firing Star” who calls for ban from item numbers to other stuffs, should first be banned. It looks like he thinks that he will get enough publicity when he hits someone. How much ever provoked he is, no way can he get physical.
The news channel should also not support these people. By having their views reportedly, they are indirectly supporting Huccha Venkat. There are many good things also in Huccha Venkat. But that does not mean he can do whatever he wants.
Huccha Venkat also criticised actor Yash recently. He in the past has made some stupid statements on Ramya. My point is why is the media hell bent on promoting this person. When he does something good, let them promote him. But not when he makes these types of statements.
It is high time the channel learns its mistake and hope this incident never repeats. Commenting about the incident, Vikas, an avid follower of the show says, “Huccha Venkat is very entertaining. No doubt of that. Most of the things which he says also make sense like respecting parents and ladies. However, when he says that he is the best and asks girls to wear proper dress, it does not look good. He should not force his opinion. And the worst part is that he gets violent, which is not at all required. May be he is doing it for publicity.”
Some say that all this was scripted and part of the show. Well, we cannot comment on that, but what we can say is that these types of incidents should not happen again.
