I am conscious about my actions, so have no regrets: Dr Einsha

Dubai: The 14th episode of NewsKarnataka.com’s talk show ‘Sunday Celebrity’ was held on Sunday April 3 at 8.00 pm IST.

The guest for the evening was Ayurvedic Physician at Sharjah Dr. Einsha Huda. Floyd Kiran was the host for the event.

The programme was live-streamed on NewsKarnataka.com’s Facebook and YouTube channels.

In the beginning of the show Floyd Kiran Introduced the guest and welcomed her.

Recalling her journey towards medicine Dr. Einsha Huda said, “From my Childhood I was medicated with Ayurveda because my parents believed in its success and with my interest in the subject I decided to continue in the field, thus taking it as a career.”

I married when I was doing my internship and post marriage I landed up in UAE, where I had to give a separate exam in order to get the license to work in UAE, she recalled.

Speaking on she being recognised with ‘Golden Visa’ she said, it made me very much happy. Like how Yoga is gaining importance in American country’s compared to India, Ayurveda too is one such field”.

In the ‘Celebrity Favourites’ session she opened up, Udupi being her home town is her favourite place. Speaking about her favourite food she said, like every one I too love to taste different cuisines In restaurants but the food to fuel the peace of my soul Is “Meen (Fish) Curry and Matta rice.”

Painting is one of my hobbies. I have done it a lot during my college days and also have spent my pregnancy painting, she added.

“When I saw my daughter’s face for the first time, it was the happiest moment, she expressed. Missing loved ones is the saddest one, she said.

Speaking on the regrets in Life Dr. Einsha Huda said, “I take the responsibility of my actions because I do It with conscience and so don’t regret”.

If you come to my home when I am angry, you will get a nice food and so I opt for cooking when angry, said Dr. Einsha Huda, on her way out from anger and sadness.

As an advice to the students who are facing problems in attaining education she said, “We have to look into the broder aspect of Life. All problems might be momentary but you should never give up on education. Education is the only way you can contribute to your community and society.”

As a message to the audience she putforth, “Be happy, don’t ruin your health taking up stress. Live in the moment but not at the cost of upsetting the person sitting beside you, she said, indicating too much human engagement in social media.
