Mysore Pak, one of the royal desserts

Mysore Pak is a very famous dessert popular all over India. Mysore pak is made with besan (gram flour), ghee and sugar, besan and ghee are ingredients due to which the dessert is rich. Mysore Pak also called the royal sweet of Mysore is a sweet that readily melts in your mouth.

Mysore Pak was discovered by a chef in the palace kitchen of the Maharaja of Mysore and was instantly admired by the Maharaja. Prepared with the mixture of Pure Ghee, Sugar and Gram flour it gives your taste buds a sense of pleasure leaving you wanting for more. Mysore Pak is a special ghee sweet made in Karnataka that melts in your mouth. It is traditionally served at weddings and other festivals in South India.
