Every day, engage in an interesting hobby, even if it’s as simple as planning a good meal or playing your favourite music. By putting effort into the things that are most important to you, you’ll be able to use and reserve your energy in ways that will bring out the best in you.
Many of us don’t take the time to focus on and cherish now because we are so focused with what happened yesterday, what will happen tomorrow, next week, or in 15 years. Right now, just pause to breathe and be still. Living a happier, more content life is possible, no matter how you define true happiness.
