Speeding bike claims life of young woman in Bidar

Suneetha Biradar, a resident of Kerur village, lost her battle for life on Wednesday after suffering severe injuries in a road accident. She had been undergoing treatment at the Bidar District Government Hospital but failed to respond despite doctors’ efforts.

The accident occurred on Sunday near a petrol bunk in Halabarga, Bhalki taluk, when a bike collided with her. Initially admitted to a private hospital in Bidar, her condition deteriorated, prompting a transfer to the district hospital on Tuesday. Unfortunately, she succumbed a day later.

Authorities at Dhannur Police Station have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
