British Airways gave Sachin Tendulkar and his family a harrowing time with their travel flights and baggage. Tendulkar, who is criss-crossing the United States from coast-to-coast, was furious that the fancied airlines messed up his travel plans. The veteran cricketer took to Twitter to vent his anger about his bad experience with British Airways.
“Angry Disappointed and Frustrated.. #BAdserviceBA Family member’s Waitlisted ticket not confirmed despite seats being available. And luggage being tagged by @British_Airways to wrong destination and don’t care attitude! #NeveronBA ,” sachin tweeted.
The Airline Twitter handle then responded with an apology and asked him for his baggage reference, full name and address.
“@sachin_rt We’re sorry to hear this Sachin, could you please DM us your baggage ref, full name and address so we can look into this for you?
This aggravated the situation. Outraged fans of Sachin ripped the airlines on Twitter. Here’re some of the tweets:

British Airways later deleted their post. However, enough damage had been done by then.
