‘MP Innovest' to Spotlight Startups at Global Investors Summit

Indore: The premier startup pitching competition MP Innovest will be hosted as part of the Global Investors Summit (GIS), in collaboration with Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation (MPSEDC), MSME, Drishti Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore, and Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore.

Designed as a hackathon-style contest, MP Innovest aims to provide a platform for tech enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to showcase groundbreaking solutions in AI, fintech, and sustainable technology. Participants will gain access to mentorship, networking, funding, and incubation support.

The IT and Technology Summit, scheduled for Day 1 of GIS, will feature distinguished speakers, policymakers, and industry experts discussing investment opportunities in IT parks, data centers, AI, semiconductors, cybersecurity, and emerging technology ventures. The Madhya Pradesh government will present its latest IT sector policies, including the IT & ESDM Investment Promotion Policy 2023, GCC Policy 2025, AVGC-XR Policy 2025, Drone Promotion & Usage Policy 2025, and Semiconductor Policy 2025.

Key sessions will explore topics such as AI, Cloud Computing, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and the rise of tier-2 & tier-3 cities as Global Capability Centers (GCC) hubs. Additionally, opportunities in drone technology, spacetech, and the expanding AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics) ecosystem will be highlighted.

Notable speakers include Avinash Vashishta (Founder, Tholons), Anand Chitre (Global Head, Barclays), Bala MS (CEO, Stratinfinity Inc), Ramesh Iyer (Country Head, TCS South Korea), and Utkarsh Singh (Founder & CEO, DronaMaps).
