Tariq Mahmood, a Muslim Community activist in the UK, has a lodged a complaint against the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding his arrest for the 2002 Gujarat riots in which three British citizens were also killed.
According to a report by a Pakistan Media, Mahmood has registered his complaint at the Deptford Police Station in South London and has requested the police to “arrest the butcher of Gujarat” when he visits UK in November.
The complaint directly holds the then Chief Minister of Gujarat responsible for the killing of the British nationals when they were on their way back to Gujarat from Jaipur.
