Aero India 2025: Bengaluru Gears Up for a Grand Show at Yelahanka
Bengaluru: With Aero India fast approaching, preparations at Yelahanka Air Force Station are in full swing. Authorities have ramped up security, traffic management, and visitor facilities to ensure a smooth experience for attendees.
Enhanced Infrastructure & Transport
To ease congestion, approach roads have been widened, and dedicated entry and exit points established. AC Volvo shuttle buses will operate from key hubs like Hebbal, Majestic, Shivajinagar, and Electronics City, ensuring seamless connectivity.
Security & Emergency Measures
Strict security protocols include red drone zones, counter-drone technology, and Rapid Mobile Units for quick response. Disaster management, fire safety teams, and restrictions on flight movements will further enhance safety.
Improved Visitor Experience
Expanded exhibition halls with better ventilation, additional seating, extra food courts—including Indira canteens in parking areas—will cater to attendees. More medical aid stations, ATM kiosks, lost-and-found counters, and 100+ electric karts will improve convenience.
Digital Support & Connectivity
To prevent network disruptions, telecom providers will deploy temporary mobile towers and boosters. A dedicated Aero India app will offer live updates, navigation assistance, and event details, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
