Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has officially entered the electric mobility market with the launch of its first electric scooters, the Activa e and QC1. These models mark a significant milestone in Honda’s journey towards electrification, aligning with the company’s global sustainability goals under the “Triple Action to ZERO” strategy, which aims for carbon neutrality by 2050.
Features and specifications
The Activa e comes with a swappable battery setup, while the QC1 features a fixed battery configuration. Both models offer a range of 102 km on a single charge and three riding modes: Standard, Sport, and Econ.
Honda has designed the Activa e to retain the body and frame of its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart while introducing modern styling, including an LED headlamp and integrated tail lamp unit.
