Bengaluru: The annual Chitra Santhe (painting fair) event, organised by the Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat, will go online this year and will be run for one month.
This will be the 18th edition of this famous fair in which artists from across the country participate.
B L Shankar, chairman of the parishat, informed that, along with the Chitra Santhe, the 60th anniversary of the parishat will also be celebrated.
According to the authorities, this annual fair will start on January 3, 2021 and is being dedicated to all the Covid-19 warriors.
Last year, the santhe was dedicated to the farmers.
As per the plan, art lovers can view and buy the paintings online.
