A 24-year-old woman named Sonia was discovered deceased in her residence in northern Bengaluru, police reported on Thursday. Originally hailing from Delhi, Sonia had relocated to the city just a month ago.

She had been staying in a rented accommodation near Bagalagunte and was employed as a nail technician at a local spa. Authorities revealed that she lived alone in the house.

“There was no suicide note recovered from the scene,” stated a police official. Preliminary findings suggest she ended her life by suicide, as the door was bolted from the inside. Law enforcement officers have, so far, ruled out any indications of foul play.

The Bagalagunte police have filed an Unnatural Death Report (UDR) and are conducting a detailed inquiry into the incident to uncover further details.

This tragedy serves as a stark reminder of the silent struggles many individuals face, often unnoticed by those around them.

If you or anyone you know is dealing with emotional distress, do not hesitate to reach out to trusted individuals, professional counselors, or helpline services.
