In a chilling incident, a group of three tourists in Bengaluru was stalked by a masked man for over four hours while travelling across multiple metro stations. The trio, consisting of two women and one man, recounted their terrifying experience on Reddit, sparking concern over public safety in the city.

The incident began at the Majestic metro station when the group was switching to the purple line. One of the women noticed a tall man giving them unsettling stares. Despite moving into separate compartments—women’s and unisex—the man continued to follow them after they reached the Cubbon Park Metro station. The group’s anxiety grew as they exited the station, only to find the man waiting for them in the rain, watching their every move.

As they attempted to escape by hailing an auto-rickshaw, the man continued to stare at them. He later appeared outside MG Road metro station, causing the group to seek refuge in a nearby bookstore. The shop owner tried confronting the man, but by that time, he had disappeared.

Reflecting on the incident, the Reddit user shared, “We’re home, but horrified. Many women face this, but what are you supposed to do when someone follows you across the city?”

The stalker reportedly followed them from 3 PM to 7 PM, making the situation even more unsettling as they navigated the city’s metro system.
