Bengaluru: A two-year-old girl died under suspicious circumstances in Bengaluru’s Banaswadi area, prompting police to launch an investigation after the child’s uncle alleged that she had been subjected to physical abuse by her parents.

According to the parents, the child developed sudden breathing difficulties and died before she could be taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
