As businesses increasingly rely on messaging platforms to engage customers, a Bengaluru-based startup is helping companies transform everyday WhatsApp conversations into automated business operations.

Founded by Sooraj Kumar, Lakshya Sharma and Manu George, Mappstore has developed VibeFlow, an AI-powered platform that allows businesses to automate customer support, payments, lead generation and onboarding workflows directly through WhatsApp.

Solving a common business challenge

One of the platform’s users, Hyderabad-based SkillDzire, adopted the solution to manage a growing volume of student enquiries. The company previously spent significant time responding to questions about courses, fees, schedules and placements.

Using VibeFlow, SkillDzire was able to automate responses, share course information, collect lead details and streamline admissions-related communication without building custom software or writing code.

According to the founders, businesses simply describe their requirements in plain English, and the platform automatically creates a workflow tailored to those needs.

AI-driven business operations

The platform integrates payment gateways, CRM systems, logistics providers and automation tools into a single conversational workflow. Businesses can manage appointments, collect customer information, process payments and coordinate operations through WhatsApp.

Mappstore says more than 1,000 businesses currently use the platform, with growth accelerating in recent months.

The startup has also adopted a reseller-driven model, enabling partners to deploy WhatsApp automation solutions for local businesses without requiring a large enterprise sales force.

Building a conversational commerce ecosystem

Beyond workflow automation, the company has launched mappsto.re, which it describes as a discovery platform for AI-powered WhatsApp businesses.

The founders believe conversational commerce will become a major digital business category in the coming years, particularly in India, where hundreds of millions of users already rely on WhatsApp for everyday communication and transactions.

As AI adoption continues to grow, platforms that simplify business operations through familiar messaging channels may play an increasingly important role in helping small and medium-sized enterprises scale efficiently.
