Bengaluru: The Bengaluru Sports Lovers Association (BSLA) is all set to host a football tournament with 16 teams participating to support the Abhaya Rape-Free Movement, a cause aimed at eradicating violence against women.

Despite suffering injuries in a major road accident, BSLA’s Director Mr. Debmalya Bhattacharyya has confirmed his presence at the event, showcasing his unwavering commitment. Alongside him, key officials such as Shenoy Thomas, Sudhir Kumar, and Mr. Premanka will take charge of organising the tournament.

Ms. Satarupa Mukherjee, General Manager of Team Abhaya, will also attend to outline the movement’s future plans. The entire event will be supervised by Mrs. Payel Sengupta, CEO of BSLA and founder of the Abhaya Rape-Free India Movement.
