Bengaluru: A software engineer couple was found dead in a suspected case of suicide in Bengaluru on Monday, with police initiating an investigation into the circumstances leading to the incident.
The deceased have been identified as Bhanu Chander Reddy and his wife Shazia, both natives of Telangana and employed in private companies.
Incident at Kothanur residence
According to police officials, the incident occurred at the couple’s residence in the Kothanur area. Preliminary findings suggest that Reddy died by hanging inside the house.
Upon discovering her husband’s body, Shazia is reported to have jumped from the 17th floor of the apartment building, resulting in her death.
