Bengaluru: Darshan has urged all his fellow celebrities to remain composed and focus on performing good deeds amidst challenging circumstances. “We have immense faith in our nation’s judicial system and believe that brighter days lie ahead,” she expressed.

Vijayalakshmi, addressing Darshan’s supporters, encouraged them to maintain their composure, stating, “Your calmness is our greatest strength. This phase will pass, and truth will prevail.”

The incident revolves around the alleged killing of Renukaswamy, with Darshan and his friend Pavithra Gowda among the 17 accused. Police sources indicate that the 33-year-old Renukaswamy, a fan of the actor, had reportedly sent objectionable messages to Gowda, provoking Darshan and allegedly leading to the tragic incident.

Renukaswamy’s body was discovered near a stormwater drain adjacent to an apartment in Sumanahalli on June 9. Darshan and the other accused are presently in judicial custody.
